The LU-DC127 combines the coder, product sensor, mounting hardware and a compact powered conveyor. It is suited to businesses that need an automatic batch or date code but do not have a suitable existing conveyor or want a self-contained coding station.

Confirm pack footprint, weight, pitch, guide-rail position, required working height and transfer to and from adjacent equipment. The reference five-kilogram load is not a substitute for a product-handling trial.
Retain a master sample showing message, position, resolution, contrast, drying time and handling resistance. For 1D or 2D codes, agree the reader or verifier and acceptance method before order.

The reference application list includes compatible plastic bottles, caps, labels, paperboard cartons, metal, film and similar materials. Final suitability depends on the exact surface, curvature, ink and sample result.
The reference working range is approximately 5–20 products per minute on the supplied conveyor. Product size, spacing, code content, print mode, sensor position and required quality determine the accepted output.
The current reference scope treats ink cartridges as consumable items quoted separately. The cartridge chemistry and colour must be selected from actual substrate and adhesion trials.
